Coat is well constructed. Zip-out lining extends range of usefulness,
and nice to have the hood available. It looks great and is comfortable
and warm. The coat is definitely 5 stars. But it had to be returned once
because of size; I had chosen XL because I am between L and XL in
T-shirts and shirts. I have larges that look like muscle shirts and
extra-larges that fit like tents.

The XL peacoat was very tight across the back and the buttons were
pulled tight across my chest. All other parameters were fine--sleeve
length, overall length. The return process was painless and well
explained online. Thank goodness I kept box and plastic bag! No charge
for the exchange to XXL, which fits pretty well. Sleeve length is still
reasonable and although roomy around waist area, I think it will enhance
the warmth by not having tight spots.

Wife pointed out that I had on a heavy shirt when I tried the coat for
size, but it is a cold-weather coat and I always wear heavier clothes
that time of year, usually Seattle area or Wisconsin.

the return process from went very well. I would certainly try it
again, but the price will have to be substantially less than in a store
to make up for the potential hassle of return or exchange.
